Great Exhibition
At the end of the Spring term, Class 2 held their very own ‘Great Exhibition’, inspired by their learning about the Victorians. It was wonderful to have parents in school to see the work the children were proud of this term. On display was; printing in art, inspired by William Morris’ patterned artwork, sewing in DT based on Victorian sewing samplers, writing in literacy in role as a Victorian child and work on the Industrial Revolution in Geography and History. Thank you for all the parents that attended, we hope you enjoyed the Victoria Sponge cake, homemade by the children!
